Event Menus and Rentals Weddings on the Beach on Anna Maria Island at the Sandbar Restaurant

The Sandbar Restaurant Pavilion is the most unique venue for Weddings and other Special Events on the West Coast of Florida.  It is a stand alone, open air Pavilion located directly on the beach in Anna Maria, Florida. We can comfortably seat up to 160 guests under the Pavilion with additional seating available on the perimeter. Let us make your Wedding planning a Walk on OUR beach!

The Acclaimed Sandbar Banquet Buffet offers your guests a wide choice of sumptuous dishes to please every palate.  We offer four standard buffets, to which you may add items such as lobster tail or filet mignon, if you wish.  Our professional Chef, is always happy to discuss and create a customized menu just for your event.  The Sandbar Restaurant has the recipe for your perfect Wedding Reception!

Pavilion Rental

Sunday and Friday

60 or less guests $1250, plus $2500 Food & beverage minimum

61 to 100 guests $1500, plus $3500 Food & beverage minimum

100 + guests $1700, plus $4500 Food & beverage minimum

Saturday Events

$2000, plus $5000 Food & beverage minimum

We provide a beach wedding ceremony site adjacent to our pavilion.  The site includes the use of the little wooden deck, as well.  Your event can last up to 6 hours.  Due to noise restrictions, the event will end at 10:00pm.

We will set up, under our pavilion, 42 inch round tables, which seat 6, with deck style chairs.  We provide linen table clothes and napkins, flatware, and plates.  Additionally, we set up our acclaimed dinner buffet, a full service bar and beverage station.  We provide a cake display table and cutting service. Additional tables for gifts and guest sign-in are included.  We provide the services of our professional bartender, chef carver at the buffet and servers, too.

The Sandbar provides a portable bar and professionally trained bartender for your event. Plastic cups are used due to the proximity to the beach. Both cash bar and open bar concepts and pricing are available. You may also select a limited open bar or partial open bar. Let us help you select the option that most fits your budget and style of event.
